Nowadays

in 2022 smart devices are so widely used that now we spend our moments without devices no matter where we are on the road or in the house. Wear watches are now very popular. Although these were not very popular in 2014-15, the current fitness bands have also become characteristic and attractive with the touch of modernity. Although the Mi bands gained a lot of popularity at first, now Huawei is on the list of budget fitness watches. Today I will talk about the new Huawei Band 6 released in 2021. -Life Tech: Tech Review

Body Build:

Looking at the plastic body on the outside, one would think that it is made of metal, it is natural because of its smooth and efficient finish. Also, the strap is a silicone strap that is available in several colors. Moreover, the main body is also available in some colors. -Life Tech: Tech Review

The band will be available in Graphite Black, Forest Green, Amber Sunrise, and Sakura Pink, but the main body will be available only in Graphite Black and Amber Sunrise. Moreover, the silicone strap has a hole in it, so it will fit in anyone's hand. The main body weighs 25 grams, according to Huawei's website. -Life Tech: Tech Review

Display:

The display has a 1.48-inch bezel-less screen with a resolution of 194x36 and 262 PPI. Compared to the Mi band, its screen is much larger, which helps to see more data. -Life Tech: Tech Review

I also like the touch response. There is the advantage of lowering the automatic brightness at night. Another thing that catches the eye is its buttons, another younger brother version of this band, the Honor Band 7, also has the same buttons. . Another advantage of this is that if your hand is slippery, the display may not work for a long time, then the button will work to end the workout, in case of swimming workout you have to press and finish it, in other cases, you can pause the workout by pressing it. -Life Tech: Tech Review

Censors:

The sensors include the Axis IMU sensor which can work together with the accelerometer and the gyroscope sensor. There is also an optical heart rate sensor, a PPG heart rate sensor, and an SPO to the sensor. Which is attached with a very durable transparent sheet to give the back of the band. Moreover, it started working as soon as it was worn by hand, no deals or wrong information was found.

In the case of stress monitors, the app automatically monitors stress after calibrating by answering some questions. In addition, 24-hour heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen, or SPO monitoring was often accurate. Although not all information may be accurate due to a tattoo on the hand or a single person's hand, the company says that it may not give 100% results as it is not a medical device, but it can give 80% results. Other than that if I sat on a bench or table or chair for more than 1 hour it gave me a vibration to get up and move, even without any speakers its vibration was very good and responsive.  -Life Tech: Tech Review

Operating system and features:

Huawei Band 6" Lights and S" is used in all of Huawei's expensive wearables. However, the limitation is that you cannot manage it using any third-party software other than Huawei authorization. Called "Lite and S", it is good for its simple and easy user interface.  -Life Tech: Tech Review

Features:

Huawei claims that their band has 96 workout modes which really surprised me. I have been using the common workouts for about a month and a half, which included outdoor running, outdoor walking, and a treadmill. In addition, there are many other types of dance, and exercise widgets on the menu that can be placed on the favorite list as desired. Workout records are also available with the Huawei Health app, and the funny thing is that if you meet the target, you can show down with medals, compared to the famous Garmin band for workouts, I like its accuracy and, I tried Common Futures with my friend  235 with almost the same result. However, like Garmin, you will not get built-in GPS in it, but you will get new functional features like Stress Test, and SPO 2 which you will not get in Garmin Fortran 235. It can automatically detect several types of workouts. There is also Slip Monitoring with Huawei True Slip, which will suggest you a few types of slip movements, but it consumes a little more power while sleeping.  -Life Tech: Tech Review

In addition, you will get breathing exercises, a music controller, notification viewer, weather, stopwatch, timer, alarm, ring the phone or find the phone, whatever I say. There is also a flashlight, but it is not very useful in light darkness, when you turn it on, the display turns white with full brightness, which emits good light in the dark, which will help you in an emergency. Moreover, there is an opportunity to actually decline the call.  -Life Tech: Tech Review
